Extensive Research Knowledge

Since 1998 we have analyzed scores of business opportunities, markets, and channels. The execution of high-quality research is at the core in developing actionable recommendations. Below is an overview of our “toolbox” of marketing research tools and techniques.

Secondary Research

We find answers you might not have the time, resources, or skills to find on your own… FSR knows how to find the information needed to answer the key questions to complete your market analysis. We have access to proprietary databases and are willing to obtain offline information held at government offices and other locations. We file freedom-of-information requests.

Customer Satisfaction Research

Professionally conducted customer satisfaction research is the framework for strategic planning, tactical changes, and forecasting… A key statistic is the key driver analysis. We correlate overall satisfaction to importance ratings to indicate where to best invest your marketing efforts and what areas to deemphasize.

Business-to-Business Research

FSR knows how to interview business executives… Our depth interviews and focus group discussions with executives and technical experts clarify key business issues. We can lead full-fledged benchmarking studies to identify best-in-class practices from leading companies and organizations.

Survey Research

FSR is very professional and capable in survey research….

  • We choose the best methodology based on your study requirements and budget.
  • We employ a variety of statistical analysis methodologies including MAX-DIFF and CONJOINT ANALYSIS to provide actionable survey results.
  • SPSS is used to analyze data from surveys, audits, time series, and other information.

Audits/Market Tests/Data Analysis

FSR’s “hands-on” approach ensures the quality of field data… We plan, coordinate, and analyze audits and market tests, ranging from in-store checks to large nationally representative samples. For example, we coordinated and analyzed a supermarket study that involved over 1.7 million data points producing over a dozen major segment reports. The goal of conducting quantitative surveys is to represent the attitudes and choices of the segment of the population of interest. We have the necessary skills in survey methodology, sample selection, questionnaire design, and data analysis to yield an accurate picture.

Consumer Research

FSR is highly experienced in consumer research… We have conducted dozens of consumer research projects and developed expertise in the design and analysis of research studies ranging from focus groups to the most advanced quantitative methods.
